Commercial Services

Following is included in our commercial contracts monthly rates:
1. Daily Inspections

We check interior and exterior common areas, remove garbage, check mechanical and electrical rooms for damages, look for safety concerns, and check for maintenance requirements.

2. Weekly Inspections

We check lights, look for parking lot damages, inspect HVAC, and look for structural damages.

3. Monthly Inspections

We perform extinguisher tests, fire pump tests, generator tests, pump tests, compressor tests, elevator phone tests, and fire watches.

4. Fire Safety Coordination

We can coordinate with fire safety companies to get inspections and repairs done for sprinklers, fire alarms, fire panels, fire dialers, annunciators, fire pumps, fire extinguishers, and kitchen suppression systems.

5. Commercial Kitchen Maintenance

We coordinate with contractors for regular inspections and repairs on exhaust fans, makeup air units, air transfer fans, grease traps, and oil heaters.

6. Handyman Services

We complete small to medium-scale repairs based on requests from property managers and owners or based on self-inspections.

7. Minor Repairs

We complete minor concrete repairs, minor electrical repairs, replace lights, repair fences, repair waste enclosures, and repair minor doors and windows.

8. Minor HVAC Repairs

We complete basic preventative maintenance, replace filters, replace minor parts, clean vents and electrical boxes. We can manage rooftop units, makeup air units, air handlers, and condenser units.

9. Greens Keeping

We provide basic lawn maintenance and grass cutting.

10. Snow Removal

We remove snow from sidewalks, address immediate ice and safety concerns, and clear building entrances, stairs, and tenant entrances.

11. Housekeeping

We perform daily cleaning of interior and exterior common areas.

12. Contractor Coordination

We coordinate with contractors assigned by property managers and owners for regular inspections and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural aspects of the property.

13. Contractor Consultation

We provide recommendations to property managers and owners when contractors are needed for extensive repairs and maintenance on structural elements, parking lots, asphalt, concrete, elevators, HVAC, mechanical systems, plumbing, and abatement/restoration work.

14. Tenant Coordination

We make minor repairs within tenant premises based on property managers and owners' lease agreements.
